announces four new hires and one promotion for 2022

Nashville-based marketing agency Think well is changing the way artists establish themselves as brands and the way brands reach new audiences by specializing in content strategy and execution. Thinkswell runs successful campaigns for music’s biggest hitmakers and newcomers, industry giants and some of the biggest companies in the country. Major clients include St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Brad Paisley, Walmart (in partnership with talkshoplive), Kevin Costner, Chris Young, American Highway Reserve, Premier Productions and many more.

Today, Thinkswell CEO Tim Gerst announces the addition of two outstanding executives to the team. Thinkswell adds James Crowley as head of strategy, Jenni’s hand as Chief Operating Officer, Katie Sulzner as Head of Digital Marketing and Nicole Marchesi as Digital Marketing Manager. Thinkswell is also proud to promote Michael Adcock to the artistic director.

James Crowley

In just a few years in the entertainment industry, James Crowley has built an impressive portfolio of large-scale brand partnerships and onboarding campaigns for Carrie Underwood, Kelsea Ballerini, Black Eyed Peas, One Republic, Pitbull and more. Prior to joining Thinkswell, Crowley worked at FlyteVu and Outback Presents. As Head of Strategy at Thinkswell, Crowley uses her results-driven data analysis skills to craft a comprehensive digital advertising strategy and social media strategy for clients including Premier Productions, NewBeauty, Sand Mountain Amphitheatre, Walmart, talkshoplive and more.

Jenni Hand came to the industry with a solid background in corporate marketing and a passion for country music. As Chief Operating Officer, Hand manages campaigns, organizational structure and directs all efforts for some of the biggest names in music as well as emerging artists and established organizations. Hand-led livestream initiatives for the Academy of Country Music (ACM) during the pandemic, managed advertising budgets for its promotion of the 2021 ACM Awards, created and executed social and digital marketing around the awards show and helped the ACM Awards break records with over 9.7 billion social media impressions and get over 9 hours of trending content on Twitter, peaking at #1. She currently leads social media strategy for Kevin Costner , St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Country Radio Seminar (CRS), Stephanie Quayle and others.

Katie Sulzner

Katie Sulzner comes to Thinkswell with a strong background in marketing strategy. She previously served as Director of Strategy at Secure Agent Marketing and now at Thinkswell she is focused on creating high level strategic campaigns for Thinkswell clients. On a daily basis, she works hard to deliver top quality social content and initiatives to clients such as Mitch Rossell, Israel & New Breed, Two Rivers Ford, Sand Mountain Amphitheater and more.

Nicole Marchesi

Prior to joining the Thinkswell team this year, Nicole Marchesi was Digital Coordinator at Collective Artist Management following an internship at the Academy of Country Music, where she honed her love for working with established and emerging artists. As Head of Digital Marketing for Thinkswell, Marchesi executes marketing campaigns and creates video and graphic content for clients including Randy Houser, Caroline Jones, American Highway Reserve, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and Stephanie Quayle.

Michael Adcock

Adcock has worked for Thinkswell since the company was founded in 2014 and was previously its graphic designer. As Art Director, he oversees all creative direction and brand development for Thinkswell. . Adcock graduated from Full Sail University with a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design, where he gained an in-depth knowledge and passion for branding and content. He has applied these skills in the entertainment and corporate sectors, having designed visual content for Usher, Scott Hamilton, Randy Houser, Chris Young, Brad Paisley, I Believe In Nashville and many more.
