New innovations in the Hyland product portfolio include:
Outside platform: Hyland has developed several new tools to deliver cloud-hosted enterprise solutions, simplifying the management of cloud deployments, providing more intuitive user experiences, supporting more complex business processes and offering deeper integrations with business applications. Enhancements to Alfresco Content Connector for AWS S3/Glacier and Azure include simplified storage management and additional support for lower cost storage tiers on AWS and Azure. Additional enhancements have been made to support complex enterprise business processes within Alfresco Process Services to improve security, task timers, and support for asynchronous tasks. Finally, Hyland extended the capabilities of Alfresco Enterprise Search with Elasticsearch, including better support for queries and proximity search.
Perceptual content: Hyland’s continued development on the Perceptive Content Platform delivers improved performance, security, and scalability for any size deployment. Productivity enhancements to Perceptive Content Experience applications help simplify tasks for users, ensuring that content remains accessible throughout the process lifecycle.
Several updates have been made to Hyland RPA to provide organizations with simplified bot deployment, greater visibility into automated tasks, secure and convenient integrations, and improved user experience. The latest version of the product allows organizations to coordinate end-to-end automation with the new Web Manager, which offers improved security and user management, as well as updated reporting information. Finally, the updated designer enables flexible and secure integration with third-party apps/services and makes it easy to scale enterprise-wide automation.
New Hyland Healthcare Solution
Hyland Healthcare The latest solution, Hyland Clinician Window, unlocks physician access to more than 75% of patient information that does not typically reside in the electronic medical record (EMR). It helps physicians make informed care decisions to improve patient outcomes by giving them access to medical images, EKGs, consultation notes, and other unstructured patient data in the workflow EMR.
New feature in Hyland’s cloud-native capture product, Hyland Experience Capture (HxC), offers automatic barcode separation for automated document splitting of 1D and 2D barcodes. This eliminates the need for manual separation, improving the employee experience by reassigning workers to higher value tasks.
