Major esports company GameSquare today announced the launch of Fourth Frame, a new content creation studio that will produce content for brand partners looking to enter the world of gaming.

Fourth Frame will offer brands a full suite of creative services, including “the creation of premium long and short video content, the curation and execution of in-person experiential events, and the design of digital products and experiences, such as the design of AR and VR environments in the metaverse.

Fourth Frame will have Oluwafemi “Femi” Okusanya, formerly of FaZe Clan, as head of the studio. Actor Jordan Fisher will join as original intellectual property advisor, and former 100 Thieves marketing executive Mark Rasoul will join as brand strategy consultant.

Okusanya described Fourth Frame’s expertise in the gaming space in an interview with GamesBeat. “The gaming audience is very diverse and the way they consume content is unlike any other audience. They consume on all types of platforms – TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, Twitch. What we wanted to do was create content that resonated with that audience across all platforms.

Iustin Kenna, CEO of GameSquare, added in a statement: “We have identified a gap in the market between the needs of brands to produce high-end strategic content and a deep, internal knowledge of how to remain relevant among the difficult to- reach audiences such as gamers. Femi’s unique experience will enable him and the team at Fourth Frame Studios to create bespoke programs for brands that can be distributed across all platforms where the next generation of consumers are.
